As professional outdoor designers, we know every project must start with detailed development. We have developed this process and have refined our methods over the years to result in near perfection. We invite you to experience it.
After a brief phone conversation or e-mail correspondence, we will obtain basic project information and schedule our initial consultation. At this consultation, we will review the proposed property and gain knowledge about your personal requests and ideas. Your consultant will also provide detailed recommendations after their initial view and present you with Custom Pool Pros’ extensive portfolio. We will also walk you through our industry-leading installation process, giving you a complete understanding of how your project will be completed.
SITE EVALUATION
Custom Pools Pros firmly believes in the importance of a detailed site analysis. We will request the site survey to evaluate your property for your project. We will also review several pictures of the property to understand how we will meet your needs. After this we schedule a call to walk through your project needs and budget.
PROJECT COST ESTIMATE
After the initial call, a detailed estimate will be provided. This allows the client and our team to design based off your expected budget since we offer more than just your dream pool!
AGREEMENT
After the budgetary estimate is sent, we send you the agreement with all the specifics of what you are buying today.
CONSTRUCTION GRADING PLAN (TOWNSHIP REQUIREMENTS) AND PERMIT APPLICATION
Once the agreement is approved, you will now confirm the design in the grading plans to ensure you are happy with the final design layout.
CONSTRUCTION PLANS & PERMITS
In anticipation of the permit’s approval, a member of the CPP team will stake out and spray paint the outline of the proposed pool location to scale. Approximately one week later, a CPP member will come out to confirm the location to assure the project is meeting your expectations.
The CPP crew will use top of the line industry equipment to excavate your pool according to your approval, survey stake outs and engineer prepared grading plans.
A half inch rebar grid is created to support the Gunite shell of your pool.
Built in, under ground special pool features such as automatic covers, in pool bar stools, swim up bars, sun shelves, spas, and more are built into the structure at this time. In this phase we use rebar to form out any features in preparation for spraying Gunite in the concrete phase.
Gunite or concrete is sprayed precisely to fill in the rebar grid to perfectly sculpt your pool and its every feature creating a secure exterior that will last for years to come.
Our in-house team installs pool plumbing pipes. In the process of installing pool water plumbing, the CPP team trenches around your pool leading to the approved pool equipment location. Hard pipes are used to connect the pool equipment of your choice.
In the excavated trenched, electrical conduits are placed and run under ground to a junction box leading to your pool equipment for LED pool lighting.
Licensed electricians and gas plumbers will carefully connect to already installed pool equipment.
Client selected coping is installed along the beam of the pool. Client selected 6” Frost Proof tile is installed directly below the coping along the water line of the pool. Options for natural stone coping is available, ask our design team!
If your agreement calls for rough grading, soil removal and/or the trenches to be backfilled, this is performed in preparation for paver patio installation and rough backyard leveling.
An engineer planned, and town approved drainage system is installed.
Plaster is expertly hand trowel applied for a beautiful pool finish with custom colors and materials available!
CPP is one source for your yard. Ask our design team about patios, firepit, BBQ, outdoor kitchens and so many more options!
Enjoy your yard with friends and family for years to come!
